Return Policy

Thank you for purchasing from Old Black Studio.
If you’re not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us with your order number, contact information, a brief description of the issue, and an attached photo (if available).

Shipping Lead Time

Each custom leather piece requires approximately 18 - 20 days for production (excluding shipping time). All pieces are made based on your unique design and requirements. For more complex designs, production time may be extended. Shipping time will be calculated separately.

All Items

You have 7 days from the date of receiving your item to be eligible for an exchange or upgrade. The item must be unused and in the same condition as when it was received. Products must be in their original packaging, with proof of purchase.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you about the status of your exchange or upgrade. Items not eligible for exchange or upgrade will be issued store credit for future use.

Cancellation Policy

Old Black Studio prioritizes high - quality custom pieces and exceptional customer service. We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order before it ships. While cancellations are generally not accepted, eligible customers may opt for store credit or exchange.
If the order has not yet been shipped, cancellations are not entitled to a refund. However, customers can choose store credit, exchange for a different item, or upgrade to a more expensive product.

Custom orders are final sales. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for custom items. By making a purchase, you confirm and agree to these terms. This policy may be updated, and any changes will be posted on the website. Thank you for your understanding and support.
